Our Story
Sometimes It All Feels Too Big
There are so many amazing things happening in faith and business. But where do you even start?
How It Started
We'd been learning from incredible resources like Faith Driven Investors, Faith Driven Entrepreneurs, and others doing amazing Kingdom work. But sometimes it all felt too big. Too many ideas, too many possibilities, and no clear place to start.
So a small group of us started getting together. Not to network. Not to pitch. Just to pray for people in business and figure out how to spur each other on to be bold in following God.
The Mordecai Moment
One evening, while praying for a fellow entrepreneur, something shifted. She wasn't sure she could step into what God was calling her to do. It felt too big, too risky. But as we prayed, we felt it clearly: this was her moment. Like Esther, she was made for such a time as this. And like Mordecai, we were there to speak that truth into her life, to believe in her when she couldn't quite believe in herself.
She stepped in. And that's when we knew what we were building.
That's the Mordecai Collective: people who step into your moment with you.
What If Acts 2:42 Was Applied to Business?
“They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer... All the believers were together and had everything in common.”
What happens when the conversation isn't about venture returns, but about how we could share our skills and resources to help each other grow? What if we stopped networking and started actually sharing?
The early church didn't just meet on Sundays. They lived in daily fellowship, sharing meals, resources, and burdens. When someone had a need, the community responded. When someone had abundance, they shared it freely.
This wasn't charity. It was family.
The Mordecai Collective is what happens when Christian builders and givers take Acts 2:42 seriously in business. We're not networking. We're praying together. We're not transacting. We're sharing resources. We're not competing. We're building together.
This is fellowship, not networking. Family, not contacts.

Wise use of time, resources, and influence for collective Kingdom impact.

Living open-handedly, sharing resources freely, and creating Kingdom impact through radical giving.

How the Collective Works
Real resource sharing, actual fellowship
Share What You Have
Every member brings something to the table: capital, expertise, connections, time, or skills. We list what we offer and what we need.
Pray Together
We gather regularly, in person when possible, virtually when not. We pray for each other's businesses, share updates, celebrate wins, and bear each other's burdens.
Make Connections
When someone needs what another offers, we connect them. No transactions, no invoices. Just family helping family build Kingdom businesses.
Celebrate Together
Your wins are our wins. When one business grows, when one deal closes, when one prayer is answered, we all rejoice together.
There's a seat for you
Pull Up a Chair
If you're a giver ready to deploy capital for Kingdom businesses, or a builder creating something redemptive, let's talk. This collective isn't for everyone, but if God is stirring something in you, we'd love to meet you.
